Scope of Duty
To re-arrest defendants on client’s behalf that jumped bail, failed to show up in court, thereby forfeited bond in compliance with the court orders or guidelines of the bail contract. Our clients employ Black Ops Private Investigators to provide Investigations, recovery services and use of specialized equipment.
Services and Fees
For the capture of defendants in New York State or Exoneration of Bail Bonds, the rate is 20% of the Bail Bond face value. If recovery is to be performed in a state other than New York State the price is 25% of the Bail Bond Face value, ancillary expenses, and airfare.
Extradition From Other Countries
If recovery is to be performed in a country other than the United States, the rate is 20% of the Bail Bond face value plus ancillary expenses, hotel, meals, and airfare. Half of the money will be paid to the extradition Team Leader at the airport before boarding aircraft to another country. The remaining balance will be paid to the extradition Team Leader after the remanding of the prisoner is back into the custody of the court.
